: (1) There will be a Pragya Pratishtan Service Commission as follows to make recommendations for permanent appointment and promotion of Pragya Pratishtan employees:-
(a) Members of the Public Service Commission appointed by the Commission - Chairman (b) One member of the Assembly appointed by the Assembly – Member
(c) Secretary – Member – Secretary
(2) Other work, duties and rights of the Service Commission shall be as prescribed.
(3) The procedure related to the meeting of the Service Commission shall be as determined by the Commission itself.
(4) Chairman and members of the Service Commission will receive meeting allowance as specified for participating in the meeting.
